The Multitone UK Partner Programme is designed to deliver the following business benefits to our Partners:
- Allows a partner to add VoIP and Telecommunication solutions to their portfolio.
- No need to invest in new staff or training.
- Maintenance backed up by Multitone’s own field engineering team.
- Partners choose their level of commitment.
- Allows the partner to sell the whole solution.
- Allows partners to move into VoIP, Telecommunication and other market areas at their own pace and build up knowledge, as they need to.
The Multitone UK Partner Programme is different; the reseller can chose how involved they want to be in the delivery of Multitone Solutions. There are two distinct levels at which the Partner can operate as outlined below:
Level 1

Multitone handle the whole sales and installation process for the Multitone solution, this would include demonstrations, surveys, installation and user training. The equipment would be supplied by Multitone direct to the end customer, who would then be invoiced by Multitone directly. Once the installation had been successfully completed and the invoice settled, the Partner would receive their commission. The benefit to the Partner is the ability to offer solutions previously unavailable to their customers with the minimum of investment. |
Level 2
Solution Provider |
Multitone will assist the partner in the sales process and installation where needed, and Multitone services can be contracted out by the Partner. The partner will take responsibility for the installation of the equipment and will have trained members of staff to help provide local support. Multitone offers a range of technical training course the solutions available; these are available at a reduced rate to Partners at this level. The Partner is far more self-sufficient; Multitone supplies the equipment to the Partner and invoices the Partner direct. Multitone would only provide support to the Partner for the equipment and not the end customer. |
