NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde upgrade their Paging Receivers to the new RPR750 with Stored Voice Technology
Glasgow NHS have been a Multitone customer since the 1950’s and have used Multitone Paging Systems since that time for general and critical situations
The board have now extended their commitment to all sites in Glasgow, which will culminate in a common frequency being used.
Included, as part of the deal is the RPR750 paging receiver, specifically designed and manufactured to meet the demands of the NHS.
The key features of the leading edge pager are its easy to read, bright crystal clear display, coupled with its loud and clear voice messaging that is stored in the pager and can be replayed. The RPR750 is also fitted inside a tough, dustproof, water resistant and slip proof case.
The new 5-year contract will enable NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to centralise their paging facilities in the future and allow possible integration for Centralisation of Alarms, Personal Security, Portering Management or even DECT Technology.
The future concept for this project will be based around the Multitone Terminal Type Access 3000 Messaging Server, designed to enable messaging to a number of communication devices.
