Multitone, specialists in wireless business communications holds a successful Hotel Communications Open Day at the Westbury, Mayfair, London on Feb 9th for Glyn Morris Major Account Manager

Multitone have developed a range of high quality and reliable solutions to help enhance communications and improve customer service levels within hotels.
The open day was held in association with Key Solutions, providers of integrated services to the hospitality sector with a different for controlling and managing the hotels communications & IT facilities. Also associated with the open day was Innovise, a leading supplier of productivity software for the service sector.
Colin Hill, Managing Director of Key Solutions, a member of the UK Partner Programme, along with Amanda Toull Customer Relations Manager and Mark Towers Account Manager of Innovise attended on the day.
At the open day Multitone, Key Solutions and Innovise presented a range of integrated solutions including:

The open day consisted of hands-on, one-to-one demonstrations allowing customers to discuss their individual business requirements with product and account managers.
The major interest of those who attended the open day was the new DECT / WiFi IP combined base station for wireless hotspots. This unique product allows normal DECT calls as well as being a wireless access point for use by customers or staff.
Stands at the open day included:
- Access-IP Desk and DECT phones, Access Integrator. The system was set up to emulate the hotel environment used by hotelier customers of Key Solutions . |

- Paging and PMR with A3K messaging server using two demonstration systems to show the use of paging in the hospitality sector. |

- Innovise had a stand to show the asset tracking and other software applications that may be used with the hotel trade. |

- Key Solutions invited Total Hospitality Solutions who provides property management and event management software to the hotel sector. |
Overall the open day was a success in communicating Multitone systems to new customers in the hotel sector.
