| Management of repair information
A database system ensures efficient tracking of faults through report and analysis. By allocating and entering a
fault code into the system for each repaired product, reports can be generated showing all faults by customer,
date and fault type.
We can also run reports on full measurement performance controls for both customers and
internally. This allows us to benefit from instant access of information especially on turn-round times, quantity of
pagers returned in a given period, length of time to repair, etc. All this information is analysed and used to improve
the centre facilities and to help in the next generation of product design and development.
